A new style of dance and fitness class. Have fun during your spring detox.
T Total is a combined dynamic dance workout aimed at the ones who are looking to get fit, flexible and toned whilst having a great time. T Total combines cardio with muscle-toning exercises using inspiration from hiphop, voguing, pilates, yoga, boxing and even ballet to spread focus on all the different body parts.
The whole class is packed it into a fun, easy to follow 60-minute intensive accompanied by great music.
All levels are welcomed, no previous experience needed.
This class will be lead by experienced dance teacher Carmel Koster and international dancer Madleen Teetsov bringing their unique Estonian twist to East Londons fitness scene.
